Pastor Fred surprised us this week with one last sermon special, celebrating and giving guidance on handling the new year. "Pressing Onward." was the title of the sermon, and it'll be the last in our collection of Christmas & New Year 2025 sermons.
We also sang hymns "Jesus Is All the World to Me", "Higher Ground", and "'Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus". All hymns are taken from the 1991 edition of the Baptist Hymnal.
These scriptures from Pastor Fred's sermon are two we'd like to emphasize this week.
