Hello friends! We hope you're having a blessed morning. ðŸ™
We'd love to share yesterday's service with you on our YouTube page. 😊âœ
This week, we moved ahead in our series, Roaming Through Romans, and struck out another section of Romans 13 by starting a new topic, titled "Waking Up in a Dark World". This is our first week with this topic, and the 85th week in the Roaming Through Romans series overall. We also sang hymns "To God Be the Glory", "My Faith Has Found a Resting Place", and "'Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus". All hymns are taken from the 1991 edition of the Baptist Hymnal.
Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s law. For the commandments say, “You must not commit adultery. You must not murder. You must not steal. You must not covet.” These—and other such commandments—are summed up in this one commandment: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God’s law.
(Romans 13:8-10 NLT)
